Off Campus Teaser Trailer Sets Release Date for Prime Video’s Anticipated Hockey TV Show

Prime Video has unveiled the release date and teaser trailer for Off Campus, an upcoming TV show adaptation of a popular hockey book series.

“A college soap based on the bestselling book series, Off Campus follows an elite ice hockey team, and the women in their lives, as they grapple with love, heartbreak, and self-discovery — forging deep friendships and enduring bonds while navigating the complexities that come with transitioning into adulthood,” the official synopsis reads. “Season 1 follows the sexy and fun “opposites attract” romance between quiet songwriter, Hannah, and Briar University’s all-star hockey athlete, Garrett.”

When is the Off Campus release date?

All episodes of Off Campus will be available on Prime Video starting May 13, 2026. The teaser trailer features footage of the students at Briar U and says that the “hottest action is off the ice.” Ahead of Season 1, Prime Video already announced that Off Campus has been renewed for Season 2.

The cast includes Ella Bright (The Crown), Belmont Cameli (Until Dawn), Mika Abdalla (Snack Shack), Antonio Cipriano (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin), Jalen Thomas Brooks (The Pitt), Josh Heuston (Dune: Prophecy), and Stephen Kalyn (Gen V).

Off Campus is based on the bestselling book series by Elle Kennedy. Louisa Levy created Off Campus for television and co-showruns and executive produces with Gina Fattore. Additional executive producers include Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen, James Seidman, Leanna Billings, and Neal Flaherty.

Off Campus comes at a time when the popularity of romantic hockey dramas is surging. The Canadian show Heated Rivalry became an international phenomenon toward the end of 2025. The show chronicled the secret love affair between professional hockey players Shane Hollander (Hudson Williams) and Ilya Rozanov (Connor Storrie). The sports show set streaming records for Crave and HBO Max.
