Bold & Beautiful Spoilers Today: Deacon’s April 7 Confession to Sheila Is Heartbreaking

The episode opens with an impatient Deacon who wants to speak to Taylor, but Hope asks him to be careful. When Deacon enters, Hope tells him that Steffy is aware of the Deacon-Taylor situation. Deacon is okay with Steffy knowing, but warns that Sheila should not find out.

Meanwhile, it appears that Sheila was cutting a pizza and did not attack Taylor. Seeing the therapist shaken, Sheila apologises and insists she is no longer unstable. She rants about her marriage and asks Taylor whether she deserves love. Taylor confronts her about her extreme behaviour in the past.

Taylor makes a generous offer

Sheila warns that the affair needs to end and that she would go to any lengths for Deacon. She picks up the pizza cutter, with Taylor urging her not to slip into old ways and to be a better person. Taylor tells her she will help her get closer to Finn and his family, but warns that if Sheila hurts her, that chance will be gone. Elsewhere, Ridge is informed about the Deacon-Taylor situation by Steffy, who also confirms that Sheila does not know about it yet.

Daphne and Carter face disappointment

Daphne and Carter nervously await the pregnancy results but decide not to peek early. When the timer goes off, Daphne checks the test only to find it is negative, leaving her disappointed. Carter comforts her and envisions her one day holding their baby. Daphne, in turn, sees him as a wonderful father. Carter promises that their dream of having a child will come true one day.

Taylor is safe and relieved

Sheila questions why Taylor is making a generous offer when she spent so long trying to turn Deacon against her. She clings to the hope that Deacon will return to her once he sees that Taylor is the real problem. Taylor is relieved when Sheila finally departs. Ridge worries about security, while Finn reflects on Deacon breaking his promise to remain devoted to Sheila.

Deacon confesses his affair

Deacon later asks Sheila where she had been, with Sheila revealing she was at an appointment. Removing her jacket to reveal a nurse’s uniform, she tells him she went looking for answers after finding suspicious evidence. Sheila reveals she visited Taylor and witnessed an intimate moment between them, one she believed should have been hers. She tells Deacon to lie, but can see from his face that he cannot. She demands he confess. Deacon admits his love for Taylor as Sheila breaks down in tears.
