Will Neagley Get a Season 2 or New Reacher Crossover? Maria Sten Has Answered

Maria Sten recently spoke about what could be next for the Reacher spin-off Neagley following the release of the show’s first season. The actress has discussed both the possibility of returning for another season and whether fans could see Neagley reunite with Jack Reacher.

Maria Sten has shared her thoughts on where Frances Neagley’s story could go in a potential second season of Neagley. The actress, who leads the Reacher spinoff, recently spoke to Men’s Journal about the possibility of continuing the series and what another chapter could explore. 

Sten believes a potential second season could focus on what comes next for Neagley after the changes she experiences in the first season. “If we got a season two of Neagley, I think the thing to explore is — what now? Because even though she’s undergone this change, I think she is certainly not healed. She is not a different person,” the actress explained.  

Therefore, a new season could focus on the direction Neagley chooses to take. “So, I think the question will be, will she revert back or will she be able to move forward?” Sten said. 

Sten talks about another Neagley and Reacher crossover

Sten has also addressed the possibility of seeing Neagley and Jack Reacher together again. The actress said she enjoys the dynamic between the two characters while acknowledging that any future crossover would ultimately depend on the series’ writers.

“In terms of a crossover, we love Neagley and Reacher together. And it’s just exciting that we’ve been able to show them in their own worlds and that they can both stand alone. But that’s a question for the writers. I have no say,” Sten said. 

Neagley premiered all of its episodes on September 16, 2026. The series has not yet received an official go-ahead for a second season.
