In the latest episodes, it’s understood that Anna has been hallucinating the deceased Peter. These visions are not just deteriorating her mental state but are also pushing her down a heinous path toward murdering someone completely innocent.

Could Anna try to kill Jason Morgan on General Hospital?

There’s a possibility that Anna could kill Jason Morgan if he gets in her way on General Hospital. Peter August’s visions are provoking Anna to commit the heinous crime against Britt Westbourne. This has led her to already hatch a plan that involves summoning Britt into a secluded place and ending her life eventually (via Daily Soap Dish).

She’s already taking steps towards her mission, as she recently reached out to Sonny to speak about buying land. She asked him to give him some land on the mountaintop, so she could have a private retreat for herself. In front of Sonny, while she sounded like she wanted a remote place all to herself, she had hidden sinister motives.

Anna wants to use this property to lay a trap for Britt and then kill her. These thoughts are eventually fed into her head through Peter’s visions, as he speaks negatively about Britt and makes Anna believe she’s dangerous because she’s Cesar Faison’s daughter. Moreover, Anna also holds Cassius responsible for the suffering she endured at Wyndemere. However, evidence appears to suggest that Ross Cullum is the true culprit behind her torture.

It’s believed that Cullum took on Faison’s identity to mentally assault Anna. This seems clear when Josslyn finds out a copy of The Crystalline Conspiracy and a pack of cigarillos in Cullum’s jacket. The book had a cover women that looked like Anna, solidifying the proof. Although Anna is now free, her mental state has declined. She has been extremely persuaded by Peter’s visions, who recently also fed the idea to her that she should kill Jason if he hinders her plans.
