The confirmed facts

Rainbet is operated by RB Gaming N.V. (also written RBGAMING N.V.), incorporated in Curaçao under registration number 163051, with a registered address at Zuikertuintjeweg (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad.

This is a common registered-agent office address shared by many unrelated Curaçao-registered companies, not evidence of any specific connection on its own. The platform launched in 2023

Rainbet’s Current License

Rainbet currently operates under an Anjouan Gaming Authority license (Anjouan Internet Gaming License, under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005), not a Curaçao operating license.

This is interesting, since the company’s incorporation and its operating license sit in two different jurisdictions.

A claim worth flagging

One source, Fintelegram, published a detailed piece making considerably more severe allegations than standard review coverage.

It describes “regulatory arbitrage between Curaçao and Anjouan jurisdictions,” fabricated promotional content, and specifically claiming Rainbet “accepts self-excluded gamblers.”

Imporant:
These claims should be treated with caution.

It’s a single source, and on the self-exclusion point specifically, it directly contradicts a separate, more standard review source, which describes Rainbet’s “responsible gaming tools” as “limited to self-exclusion”, implying the tool exists, not that it’s disregarded.

Without independent corroboration of the more severe claims, we’re not treating them as established fact here.

No genuine sister sites

Multiple independent sources confirm Rainbet has no sister sites.

RB Gaming N.V. doesn’t operate any other casino brand.

A completely unrelated site called Rainbet Splash exists, operated by ProgressPlay Limited, a Malta-based operator running over 100 white-label UK casino brands under UK Gambling Commission license 39335.

Despite the similar name, there’s no corporate connection whatsoever between Rainbet Splash and Rainbet.com.

They’re entirely separate companies, separate licenses, separate platforms.
