My 600-lb Life season 2 star Penny Saeger had a difficult journey on the show, and it is time to find out what happened to her after her time on one of the best reality TV shows. At the start of Penny's 2014 episode, she was 530 pounds, bedridden, and on oxygen at all times. She lived with her husband, Edgar, and her young son, Liam.
