It's been years since Julius "JT" Clark first appeared on My 600-lb Life season 8, and though he began his journey on the series at 32 years old and 892 pounds, his life has changed considerably in the interim. At the start of his journey, JT had a 100-lb lymphedema mass on his leg, making it very difficult for him to walk. He admitted that he was addicted to food, and nothing in his life could compete with the way that it made him feel.
