Volume 1 of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Manga Appears in English in January

Viz Media shared a release date for volume 1 of the Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo manga. It will launch on January 5, 2027. The standard version is already available to pre-order on Amazon for $11.99. This is exactly one year after the Japanese release, which happened on January 5, 2026. This falls in line with the 2027 estimate we got back in June 2026.

As part of the announcement, Viz Media covered availability and designs. The default, standard cover of volume 1 of the Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo manga in English will be identical to the Japanese one. That’s the one that can already be ordered online. However, the company also confirmed there will be three variant covers released as well.

The announcement on social media didn’t note what the three other cover variants might look like. There are three lead characters in the series, however. Two are the grandchildren of Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin, Yuka and Tsurugi Okkotsu. The two of them appear on the standard cover. The other lead is Marulu “Maru” Val Vol Yelvori.
