Venezuela builds up border security in response to deployment of US warships

Venezuela on Monday announced the deployment of 15,000 troops to the Colombia border to fight drug trafficking amid accusations from Washington that Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro is heading a cocaine-trafficking cartel.
