‘Tulsa King’ Could Officially Outlive Taylor Sheridan’s Run at Paramount

It's the beginning of the end for Taylor Sheridan's storied run at Paramount, with the prolific hitmaker set to depart the studio in 2028 for his next destination, NBCUniversal. Sheridan's exit will coincide with the conclusion of only one of his major shows, Mayor of Kingstown. His other series, including Tulsa King, Lioness, and Landman, all currently appear to have plenty of gas left in the tank to run even well beyond 2028. This inevitably raises a bigger question about what could happen to the fate of these shows once Sheridan is no longer at Paramount to help shape them.
