Troubling questions remain after college basketball player dies from injury on court - as coach quits for 'personal reasons'

The 20-year-old died on Nov. 25 after being hit in the head during a basketball game in Texas three days earlier. He was a student at Connors State College in the small town of Warner, Oklahoma.
