After 64 years, English pop band the Hollies are calling it quits. The group started out in Manchester in 1962, and Graham Nash led them before leaving to form Crosby, Stills, & Nash in 1968. The Hollies' string of '60s and '70s hits includes "Bus Stop," "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother," "Long Cool Woman (In A Black Dress)," and "The Air That I Breathe." In recent years, the lineup has included guitarist Tony Hicks and drummer Bobby Elliott, both of whom were in the band in the early '60s. Yesterday, the Hollies shared in an instagram post that Hicks will no longer be able to tour due to health issues, and Elliott is stepping away from the stage in solidarity.
