The screening for Daayra was hosted on September 17, 2026, just a day before its official theatrical release. The National Award-winning filmmaker Meghna Gulzar, director of the film, arrived in a fresh salt-and-pepper look from head to toe. Her husband, Govind Sandhu, accompanied her in traditional grey wear.Indian film producer Jayantilal Gada and director Siddharth Roy Kapur were in attendance. Pragati Mishra, a lead actor of Daayra, made her presence known in full elegance, sporting a black dress with gold embroidery. Even Gargi Kundu was present in dazzling attire. Rekha was there draped in a white and gold saree.
The stars of the show, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kareena Kapoor Khan, rolled the red carpets of stardom, turning heads with their arrival.
