If you're after the technical definition of a B-movie, it’s technically something that isn't really made anymore, because B-movies in the traditional sense existed when double features were more common. Two movies would be screened, obviously, with the first being a bit more prestigious, and therefore an “A” movie, with a bigger budget and more by way of production values, and then the second film would often be of a lower quality, hence being a “B-movie.”
