Texas mother turned a blind eye to boyfriend beating up her toddler daughter because she didn't want him to go to jail, cops say

The boyfriend allegedly admitted to beating the mom's two-year-old daughter within an inch of her life. Both he and the mother have been arrested as the girl remains in critical condition.
