When Kevin Parker and friends first released "Dracula" last year, the song initially seemed like a cute Halloween novelty, but it turned out to be an actual crossover hit, the band's first to crack the Hot 100. The song became much, much bigger when Jennie, a member of the hugely popular K-pop girl group Blackpink, appeared on a remix. The "Dracula" remix is now a global summer smash. On the Hot 100, it recently cracked the top five, becoming the biggest-ever hit for either artist. Last night, Tame Impala and Jennie performed the "Dracula" remix together for the first time ever.
