Susanna Reid nearly unrecognisable raving at Ibiza super club

Susanna Reid looked worlds away from how the public usually see her on Tuesday as she posted pictures from a popular club in Ibiza.

The broadcaster, 55, was snapped in a black swimming costume and cut-off denim shorts on the island popular known for its nightlife – but her photos were all in the name of work.

Sharing her snaps to Instagram, Susanna posed in front of a line of dancers in white bathing suits and silver sandals, who were holding up placards that spelt out ‘Vote GMB’.

The Good Morning Britain presenter also wore shades and a long gold necklace, relaxing into the holiday vibes.

She beamed alongside the models, later ducking under the signs and making peace signs with her hands in another photo.

‘VOTE GMB! We are up for Best Daytime Programme at the incredible @officialntas so I celebrated at one of Ibiza’s best daytime clubs @obeachibiza,’  Susanna wrote in the caption, explaining her unusual depature from the the ITV studios in London.

‘Got my vote,’ O Beach Ibiza’s owner (and Katie Price’s new bestie) Wayne Lineker – brother of football pundit Gary Lineker – commented on the post, alongside emoji including a winking face with its tongue sticking out; Susanna responded with an emoji with hands in the air.

‘Phwoar!! 🔥’ quipped journalist Katie Glass, to which Susanna responded: ‘Ibiza always makes me think of you ❤️’

‘Iconic x,’ added former Made in Chelsea star and This Morning contributor Ashley James.

During Tuesday’s show, entertainment correspondent Richard Arnold gathered together GMB studio hosts Richard Madeley and Ranvir Singh, as well as weather presenter Laura Tobin and newsreader Jonathan Swain, to video call Susanna, Ed Balls and Kate Garraway – all of whom are regular anchors of the programme, currently away on holiday – to announce their National Television Award nomination in the daytime category.

Susanna joked to camera of her summer trip: ‘Normally what happens in Ibiza stays in Ibiza but this morning I am on special duty for GMB.’

She then teasingly revealed that she had had ‘a little heads up’ yesterday as to GMB’s awards news, while at ‘one of the best daytime clubs in Ibiza’.

‘They had the lovely women out doing the placards … I think you have a photograph,’ she added, before one of her pictures from O Beach with the dancers was shared.

While Susanna was living it up in sunny Ibiza, Ed called into the show from Norway while Kate was in her living room.

The TV star has been a regular on the island for many years, revealing on GMB in 2024 that she now goes clubbing with her adult sons.

‘I have been going for ten years and it was amazing to really enjoy it with my boys now they are old enough to go clubbing,’ she told viewers.

‘We go to the day clubs together and then I go back to the hotel and they go to the nightclubs!’

Susanna shares three sons in their 20s – Sam, Finn and Jack – with her ex-partner, Dominic Cotton.
