Fans believe that Zendaya has dyed her hair red for Spider-Man: Brand New Day after the release of a new set photo featuring Jacob Batalon and Tom Holland. Zendaya is returning as MJ in Spider-Man 4 alongside Holland and Batalon. The movie will also star Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, and Mark Ruffalo, among others.

A new photo from the set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day shows Tom Holland reuniting with Zendaya and Jacob Batalon for the movie. The account MCU Film News shared the image on X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, “New look at Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon on the set of ‘SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY’.”

As the photo has gone viral on social media, Zendaya has become the topic of discussion. Many fans noticed her seemingly hiding her hair as she wore a hoodie. This led some to think that the actress had dyed her hair red for the movie. In the comics, MJ has always had her signature red hair. This was seen again in Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man movies. Thus, fans have been wondering if Zendaya will also adopt the classic look in Spider-Man 4.

Additionally, Batalon will reprise his role of Ned Leeds in the movie. He can be seen wearing an MIT T-shirt in the Spider-Man 4 set photo. This suggests that Ned has decided to attend MIT after he got into the college at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
