Sean Hannity Reveals He Was ‘Pressured’ to Push COVID Vaccine on His Audience — But Who Pressured Him? (VIDEO)

Fox News host Sean Hannity has revealed that he faced intense pressure to tell millions of his viewers to take the dodgy COVID during the pandemic.

Hannity discussed the pressure during Tuesday’s episode of his podcast with physician and television personality Dr. Drew Pinsky.

“I was being pressured to tell my audience to take the jab,” Hannity said.

He explained that he resisted telling viewers what decision they should make because he had no knowledge of their individual medical circumstances.

“And I’m like, ‘I’m not a doctor. I’m just not. I don’t know anything about your health.

”I don’t know anything about your preexisting conditions, your current condition, comorbidities you may have, and I don’t know anything about this shot.’”

This raises the obvious question of who was pressuring him?

While one might infer that Hannity was referring to his bosses at Fox News, he did not mention the company by name or reveal who made such recommendations.

Instead, Hannity said he deliberately presented competing viewpoints and encouraged viewers to make their own decisions after seeking medical advice.

“But I kept putting people with different views on, and I said, ‘Take it seriously, consult your doctor, make your own mind up.’”

Hannity did not identify who was pressuring him or say whether the pressure came from Fox News, government officials or elsewhere.

His comments nevertheless add to disclosures about the extraordinary pressure surrounding public discussion of COVID during the pandemic.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed in 2024 that senior Biden administration officials had repeatedly pressured his company to remove certain COVID-related material from Facebook and Instagram, including humor and satire.

Zuckerberg said he regretted colluding with the regime.

Hannity’s public comments from 2021 also show that he stopped short of issuing a blanket instruction for his audience to get vaccinated.

“Research like crazy, talk to your doctor, your doctors, medical professionals you trust based on your unique medical history, your current medical condition, and you and your doctor make a very important decision for your own safety,” Hannity said at the time.

“You also have a right to medical privacy, doctor-patient confidentiality is also important.”

Hannity added that vaccination “absolutely makes sense for many Americans.”
