Ridley Scott fans have a lot to be excited about this year as the legendary director returns to the world of sci-fi with his next movie, The Dog Stars. The film, which stars Jacob Elordi opposite Josh Brolin, is set to arrive in theaters everywhere this weekend, but Scott is already looking towards his next project after wrapping work on The Dog Stars. Scott confirmed to Collider last week that he’s due to start shooting his new Treasure Island remake with Hugh Jackman later this year in November, but that’s not all. Scott also admitted that he’s eyeing young Adolescence star and Emmy winner Owen Cooper for a key role in Treasure Island, along with Hugh Grant, but neither casting has been officially confirmed. The movie is still without an official release date.
