The sequel to 2022’s “Fall” has finally locked in an August 7th 2026 release date. The Spierig Brothers helm the film with original scribes Scott Mann and Jonathan Frank returning to handle the script.

In the new entry, two friends attempt the plank walk of Mount Kwan in Thailand to cope with grief. A sudden rockslide strands them on a fragile plank 3,000 feet in the air, forcing them to fight for survival. [Source: Lionsgate]

Untitled The Daniels Next Project
Following the news that Ryan Gosling is set to team with Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert on a new sci-fi adventure movie, The InSneider reports that Universal has set aside a major $150 million budget for the project.

That’s around seven times that of the pair’s last project, “Everything Everywhere All at Once”. A star from one of Daniels’ previous two movies is also expected to appear. Shooting will begin this summer in Los Angeles.

A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder
A May 27th premiere date has been set for the second season of Netflix’s thriller series “A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder” which released its first season back in August 2024. Emma Myers, Henry Ashton, Eden H. Davies, Zain Iqbal and Asha Banks co-star. [Source: Netflix]

Kevin
Amazon Prime Video have premiered the trailer for “Kevin,” the new Jason Schwartzman and Aubrey Plaza-led animated series about a housecat who decides he doesn’t want to live with people anymore after his owners break up. He quickly runs into problems as he tries to find a new home and make friends.

Whoopi Goldberg, John Waters, Aparna Nancherla, Gil Ozeri, and Amy Sedaris co-star while guest stars include the likes of Cary Elwes, Charles Melton, Patti LuPone and Tig Notaro. Joe Wengert (“Big Mouth”) will write the series alongside Plaza, and will also serve as showrunner for the series which premieres April 20th.
