The Pokémon anime has been on air for almost 30 years. Since then, it has brought the world of Pokémon to life through multiple episodes and installments. While Ash Ketchum is no longer the lead character, Liko's adventures continue in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. With Pokémon preparing itself to enter its 10th generation, there are now reports that there will be changes made to the Pokémon anime. The Pokémon anime began in 1997, starring Ash Ketchum, a 10-year-old boy from Pallet Town, who embarks on his first Pokémon journey with his partner, Pikachu.
