Peacemaker Season 2 Trailer Previews Episode 2 & More of DCU Show

Following its Season 2 premiere, DC Studios has shared a brand new Peacemaker trailer for the remaining episodes of HBO Max‘s popular superhero series. The latest installment’s first episode, titled ” The Ties That Grind,” is now available for streaming, while the second episode, “A Man Is Only as Good as His Bird,” will make its debut today.

What is shown in the Peacemaker Season 2 trailer?

The video features Chris enjoying his time in a parallel dimension, where all the things he has dreamed of are happening. These include being a good superhero with his father and brother, and being in a relationship with Emilia Harcourt. However, he’ll soon realize that messing with alternate realities has caused a dimensional rift in his own world, leading him to be hunted down by Rick Flag Sr. The remaining episodes also promise more action-packed sequences involving Peacemaker and the 11th Street Kids.

Peacemaker is created, written, and directed by James Gunn, who also serves as its showrunner. Season 2 features the return of John Cena as Chris Smith/Peacemaker, Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase/Vigilante, Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt, Steve Agee as John Economos, Nhut Le as Judomaster, and Robert Patrick as August “Auggie” Smith/White Dragon. Joining them are new cast members Frank Grillo, David Denman, Sol Rodriguez, Michael Rooker, and Tim Meadows.

Unlike Season 1, all the events in Season 2 will be “fully 100% canon” in the DC Universe. Since its debut, Season 2 has received a near-perfect rating of 99% on Rotten Tomatoes.
