X-Force has been one of the cornerstones of Marvel’s X-Men landscape since Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld created the team in 1991’s The New Mutants #100. X-Force Vol. 1 launched shortly afterward, with Nathan Summers, a.k.a. Cable, leading that version of the team and many of the later ones. That includes the group currently being spotlighted in Inglorious X-Force, with the lineup including Archangel, Hellverine, Boom-Boom, and Ms. Marvel. However, now that book has thrown an additional X-Force roster into the mix.
