Maple Leafs send forward Bo Groulx to AHL

The Toronto Maple Leafs may be mixing up their forward corps.

Bo Groulx was sent to the AHL, the team announced on Friday.

Groulx has impressed in nine games with the Maple Leafs this season, registering three goals and two assists with a plus-five mark.

The 26-year-old from Gatineau, Que., has played 15:29 per game during his call-up.

The Maple Leafs are back in action Saturday when they visit the St. Louis Blues (Sportsnet, Sportsnet+, 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT).
