For several years, some of the biggest Western and frontier stories on television have had one major name attached to them — Kevin Costner. From earlier adventures in Silverado (1985) and Wyatt Earp (1994), Costner would go on to star in Taylor Sheridan's Yellowstoneshow as head of the Dutton family, John Dutton III, before passion called him away to pursue his ambitious, multi-part epic Horizon: An American Saga.
