It's Not the U.S. Causing Canada's Troubles

We did not say to Canada, you better let in 45% of your current population from foreign countries who were not born in Canada, or their parents weren't born, and they're not going to be assimilated and integrated in melting-pot fashion. We did not say, forego all of the rich fossil fuels in your country.
