There is a big shock in store for Dodger Savage (Danny Mac) in Hollyoaks next week when he goes to check on Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) only to find her in bed in with an unexpected resident.
The police detective, as viewers know, is currently dating Theresa McQueen (Jorgie Porter), who believes their relationship is in a good place after Dodge suggested they get a house together.
But little does she know that her beau has been having an affair with Cleo, who was seeing his twin sister Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) earlier this year – that is, until Sienna attempted to kill her after locking her in the allotment and threatening to attack her.
Dodger and Cleo have been attempting to resist the spark between them for quite some time and, despite their best efforts, they succumbed to temptation last month, embarking on a full blown affair.
Theresa is none-the-wiser, which has left Dodger feeling guilty – but he and Cleo have continued to see one another behind T’s back.
Next week, Cleo’s mind is elsewhere when she receives word that Joel Dexter (Rory Douglas-Speed) is due to be released soon – and he gets in touch with her, wanting to see baby Joseph.
Dodger overhears the conversation and questions if it’s the right thing to do.
Later, Cleo crosses paths with Abigail (Brooke Vincent), who is in Leela Dexter’s (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) company.
And things take a vey unexpected turn as Dodger later arrives home and walks in on Cleo in bed with newcomer Abigail!
The question is: just how will he react?
And is this the beginning of something special for Cleo and Abigail? Or is Dodger where her heart lies?
