Getty Halle Berry is taking new legal action against ex-husband Olivier Martinez. Last week, the 60-year-old French actor obtained a temporary restraining order against the 60-year-old Oscar-winning actress after he accused her of physically abusing their son Maceo, who turned 13 on Monday, October 5.
