Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on March 19, 2026

An unexpected visitor

Lulu and Nathan have breakfast together after a night of lovemaking. Soon, Cullum shows up, wanting to talk to Charlotte. Lulu denies his request, saying Jack already questioned her daughter. When the WSB Director insists, Nathan jumps in and says that Valentin hasn’t contacted Charlotte. After Cullum leaves, Lulu admits that her mood has been spoiled, but Nathan comforts her.

Custody conflict

Alexis meets Tracy at the restaurant to talk about Danny’s custody when Jason leaves town. The lawyer reveals that Willow has dropped the restraining order, so Danny should stay with Scout. Tracy believes that the teenager should live in the Quartermaine mansion. Unable to reach a decision, Alexis says they’ll follow Jason’s request.

Ava’s on a warning spree

Ava shows up at the hospital to warn Lucas that Carly is trying to end his relationship with Marco. Lucas says he won’t let that happen. Later, Ava meets Sidwell at the restaurant and explains that Carly is just playing nice while trying to sabotage Marco and Lucas’s relationship. Sidwell admits to being cautious. Soon, Carly drops by, plans dinner for Friday, and Sidwell agrees.

Mission accomplished

While Pascal warns Sidwell about Lucas being a problem, Marco enters the room. When Marco gives his father contracts to sign, Sidwell does so and leaves. After making sure he’s alone, Marco steals two vials of Britt’s medicines. He later hands them to Lucas in his office. Meanwhile, Pascal notices the missing vial and informs Cullum, blaming Lucas.

Not honest enough

Jack drops by Carly’s house, who was hoping that it was Joss. She explains to him about the fight with her daughter. Jack isn’t happy that he has to keep certain secrets from her. However, Carly questions him whether he can be honest enough with her to show how much her loves her. By the time he responds, Jack receives a message and leaves.

Britt’s intruder

Britt finds Joss has broken into her room and demands answers. Joss tells Britt that Cullum is working with Sidwell, but Britt mockingly says she already knows. Joss then questions whether Faison and Cullum knew each other, discussing the journal she found at Wyndemere. When Britt had no answers, Joss asked Britt not to mention her in front of Cullum.

Now or never

At Jack’s office, Cullum is venting about the lack of results from the investigation. Meanwhile, Jason takes a position on top of a building nearby, aiming at Cullum. However, when he sees Jack, Jason hesitates for a moment, but returns to pointing the crosshair at the WSB Director.
