It’s safe to say that Boruto: Naruto Next Generations hasn’t been the best successor to Naruto’s legacy; much of the hate Boruto receives tends to be overblown, but whether it’s visually, narratively, or thematically, it just continually fails to capture what made Naruto so special, especially when it comes to the manga.
