Freddy Brazier has reportedly split from his girlfriend Holly Swinburnjust a few weeks after she gave birth.
The 21-year-old model and TV personality is the youngest son of TV presenter Jeff Brazier, 46, and late Big Brother star Jade Goody, who died from cervical cancer in 2009 at age 27.
In August last year Freddy discovered that he was set to become a father. Although he and Holly were thought to have broken up in November 2025, they got back together not long before becoming parents.
On March 21 Holly announced she’d given birth and also announced her and Freddy’s touching tribute to his late mum – naming her Isla Jade Brazier.
But just under two weeks later – the young couple are reported to have broken up.
‘It’s over again – it’s always been very rocky between them, and everyone hoped the new baby would smooth things over,’ a source told The Sun.
‘Sadly, they couldn’t make it work and went back to fighting,’ they added.
The update comes after Freddy shared a photo on Instagram last night declaring he was ‘missing my baby girl’. Posting a snap of himself carrying Isla out of hospital on March 23, he told his followers: ‘Not missed something I’ve created since DT school days. Missing my baby girl.’
Freddy and Holly started dating in June last year after Freddy contacted her on TikTok.
Holly discovered she was pregnant in August 2025; however they broke up three months later. The couple later got back together in February.
According to friends, as per The Sun, the relationship was saved during an emotional reunion at Holly’s baby shower, where Freddy ‘stepped up to become the father his daughter needs’.
Soon after getting back with Holly, Freddy said: ‘We are stronger than ever, it’s a fresh start for both of us.’
Freddy was just four years old when he lost his mother, while his brother Bobby, 22, was five.
He recently spoke about his ongoing grief, explaining that he still spoke to her ‘was going on with the baby and how [he] was feeling’, but he found it a struggle ‘talking to a headstone’.
‘I’ve often looked at people out with their mums on Mother’s Day and thought, “You’re so lucky…I wish I could have a special day with my mum”,’ he added when speaking to The Sun.
‘But now, I’ll be able to make new memories with my baby daughter.’
Sharing the decision to name his daughter after her, Freddy also told the publication: ‘I think it’s lovely to incorporate the name Jade into her name as a middle name, as I am sure there will be part of my mother in Isla.’
‘Calling the baby Jade as the first name felt like too much expectation on the baby… I don’t want to put any pressure on her.’
Holly had previously ended their relationship when she reportedly caught him ‘partying with girls’ and ‘smoking cannabis’ in her home.
After breaking up in November, she extended an olive branch by inviting him to the baby shower – where they reconnected and soon after got back together.
Soon after Isla was born, Jeff shared his own post to celebrate the arrival of his granddaughter.
In a heartfelt message her, he wrote: ‘You have no idea how deeply loved you are. There are so many good people standing behind you, and a very special angel watching over you.
‘Mummy and Daddy gave you her name and were going to tell you all about her [sic].’
‘You already feel like the greatest gift. I will be forever grateful to Mummy and Daddy for filling my heart and bringing such joy into our lives. Thank you, Holly and Freddy, with all my heart.’
