Of course, everyone is going to catch John Summit and the other headliners at Experts Only Festival in New York, but there are undercard acts that should also be on one‘s radar.

The much-anticipated return of John Summit’s Experts Only Festival in New York is set to kick off on September 19-20, bringing dance fans together on Randall’s Island to close out the summer season. Summit and his crew promise to build on last year’s sold-out debut, featuring elevated production designs, more stages and activations, and interactive art installations.

The lineup bill, for many, is of course the main draw, which features music titans like GRiZ and a special b2b of Summit and Subtronics (aka SUBJOHNICS)—plus, let’s not forget the special last-minute addition of Levity, who have been having a great year in music.

But aside from the major names, the lineup is also filled with undercard acts who masterfully ignite the dance floor, many of whom we recommend checking out later this month. Follow along as we list some of our must-see artists at Experts Only Fest 2026.

For the past few years, Los Angeles-based producer Airrica has been making waves in the scene with her infectious blend of house and techno. Songs like “Hi Speed Lover” and “Make Me Feel Alive” instantly put you in a good mood thanks to their euphoric synths and grooving bass lines. On the live circuit, she has hit milestone stops such as EDC Las Vegas and Warehouse Project, both filled with relentless energy. By catching her set on Saturday, you’ll for sure start your weekend on a high note.

Following a name change last year, DREYA V has been marking this new era with a run of surging tech house singles. Of the three tracks she’s released this year, the common thread is a propulsive energy, with each centered on a punchy groove and an infectious rhythm. Her music has received recognition from some of the scene’s leading ambassadors, including Gorgon City, Mau P, and Dom Dolla, and her set on Sunday is sure to have an undeniable pull that will keep you sweating.

French producer Philou currently has one of the most refreshing sounds in dance music. The best way to describe her style is a blend of electro and acid house with hints of jazz and Latin fanfare, bringing something that’s new and fun. With recent hit appearances at Burning Man and Tomorrowland, Philou looks to build off that momentum to deliver a performance that will a hundred percent get you moving.

Rohaan

UK producer Rohaan is best known for his experimental take on drum and bass, featuring relentless kicks, dark textures, and left-field rhythmic twists. Earlier this year, he released “SATA” with John Summit, and it was one of the hottest tracks off of Summit’s latest album, CTRL ESCAPE. Nearly every performance clip Rohaan shares online has relentless energy, and Saturday’s set will definitely have the same.

Taiki Nulight

One of the names pushing the bass house genre forward is Taiki Nulight. He brings a dynamic style that ranges from gritty, fast-paced production, such as “Skank N Flex,” to tranquil, melodic synths found in songs like “Drive.” Lately, he’s been generating new buzz with his fresh single with NERO, an atmospheric, UKG-heavy record that adds another layer to his sound, yet its thrusting energy fits perfectly among the other bass house tracks in his discography. Expect a performance that flows between deep, wubby grooves and high-energy bass lines.
