Set in a medieval fantasy world where a war against nations rages on, the story follows thief Zidane Tribal, who finds himself at the center of a political plot after kidnapping Princess Garnet. However, when the unlikely pair soon find themselves teaming up, they realize that the actual threat is a lot larger than they originally thought.
