But for most, little can match the hype and intensity of the unique transformations boasted by the franchise's Saiyans. Born out of creator Akira Toriyama's time-saving idea to stop filling in Goku's hair for the manga, the Super Saiyan transformation became one of a plurality of incredible power-ups.
