Days of Our Lives star Stacy Haiduk hinted that the upcoming episodes could feature an intense clash between her character and Sophia. This comes right after her character’s daughter is sentenced to treatment at Bayview. So, what exactly did Haiduk hint at?

Stacy Haiduk says Kristen will ‘do anything’ to keep Rachel safe in Days of Our Lives

Days of Our Lives is currently in the midst of a high-drama storyline, which started with Sophia Choi swapping Holly Jonas’s skin supplements with antipsychotic pills. As a result, Holly experienced erratic behavior, leading to public humiliation. Upon realizing that the pills were exchanged, Holly and others suspected Rachel Black of the crime. The matter went to court, where the judge ordered Rachel back to Bayview for psychological treatment.

By the time people learnt who the actual culprit was, it was too late. Rachel’s mother, Kristen, will also soon learn that it was Sophia’s doing. The show’s viewers know that Kristen is not the one to back off easily, especially when it involves her family. Given her villainous past, fans know that she is about to go berserk on the teenager.

However, it’s not only the show’s fans who expect it to happen. Stacy Haiduk, who portrays Kristen on Days of Our Lives, also has similar opinions. She explained that Kristen loves Rachel very much and wants to be a part of Rachel’s life (via Soaps.com). Haiduk then said that it’s the same feelings that she experiences in real life about her own daughter. “I would do anything to keep her safe,” the actress shared.

So, when the time comes, Haiduk believes that Kristen will do whatever it takes to save Rachel. “We know Kristen DiMera, and anything that happens to her daughter, she makes sure she takes care of it,” she explained. “We’ll have to see what happens.”
