Daredevil’s Bullseye Gets the Same Reactions From All Born Again Fans

Fans have weighed in on Wilson Bethel’s portrayal of Benjamin Pointdexter a.k.a. Bullseye in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2‘s latest episode. The character has been a core presence in the franchise since the original Netflix series’ third season, drawing attention for his mental instability and violent tendencies. The sequel further emphasized his importance, especially after he killed the title character’s best friend, Foggy Nelson.

What Daredevil fans are saying about Bullseye

Wilson Bethel’s performance as Bullseye in Daredevil: Born Again, Season 2, Episode 4, “Gloves Off,” has evoked a strong reaction from fans. They have since taken to X (formerly Twitter) to praise him, with some even calling him one of the best MCU villains/characters.

One fan wrote, “His legacy already stamped but he’s climbing the ranks of best MCU villains with every passing episode ong.”

Another deemed Benjamin Pointdexter their “freaking goat,” while also praising Episode 4’s intro, calling it “one of the best openings to an episode [they had] seen in a while.”

Meanwhile, another shared a GIF of an energetic NBA match to convey their thoughts on Bullseye’s depiction.

Elsewhere, one fan commented, “Bullseye is so goated bro,” while another stated, “Bullseye is one of the best and most interesting characters in the entire MCU.”

In the latest episode, Bullseye went after Vanessa Fisk to seek revenge for her manipulation and for pressuring him into killing Foggy in Season 1. He targeted her and Wilson Fisk at a Fogwell’s Gym boxing match, which the latter participated in, leading to the former shooting him. However, that did not stop Dex as he threw a glass merchandise at Wilson, which he shattered using a winner’s belt. Dex subsequently tried to kill the latter, but Daredevil stopped him. While this happened, a glass shard struck Vanessa’s head, causing her to bleed and collapse, leaving her fate uncertain.

Daredevil: Born Again’s first four episodes are now streaming on Disney+. New episodes drop weekly on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Pacific Time (PT)/9 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).
