Cops put $1MILLION bounty on Dezi Freeman's head as they admit they have no idea if the fugitive is dead or alive

Victoria Police are putting up a reward of $1million for information leading to the arrest of fugitive Dezi Freeman after he allegedly shot dead two cops in Porepunkah on August 26.
