Need a little boost to solve the April 2, 2026 (#1026) edition of NYT Connections? Here are some clues and hints to help you crack today’s puzzle and keep your winning streak alive.
Connection by The New York Times is a daily word puzzle, available online for free. The puzzle presents a set of 16 different words that are arranged randomly. Players will get only four guesses to find out the hidden themes that connect the words and sort them into groups of four. The groups are color-coded according to their level of difficulty, with yellow being the easiest to solve and purple being the trickiest. Moreover, the game also offers a “one away…” hint whenever a player figures out three out of the four correct words of a particular group.
