More and more Clayface set photos and videos continue to make their way online, with a new video showing off a potential major scene in the DC Universe movie. The upcoming DC Studios body horror movie is set to arrive next year as part of the blossoming DCU.

What happens in the new Clayface set video?

The new videos come courtesy of various social media users, and show a number of scenes. The first sees Tom Rhys Harries’ Matt Hagen at a movie premiere of some sort, when he begins running away. While running, he begins holding his face, potentially hinting at a scene where his face is changing without his control.

Another video shows what seems to be a fight sequence of some sort. It’s unclear exactly what’s happening in the scene, though, but it looks to be taking place in some sort of alley or background area.

The Clayface movie is being directed by James Watkins, who is known for his work on Speak No Evil. The screenplay was written by Mike Flanagan. Based on the character created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane for DC Comics, the titular DC character is best known as a fan-favorite Batman villain who has shapeshifting abilities. Described as a body horror thriller, the adaptation will reportedly feature “a Hollywood horror tale centering on a B-movie actor who injects himself with a substance to keep himself relevant.”

The movie will debut in theaters on September 11, 2026.
