Christina Ricci's bitter divorce gets uglier as ex accuses her of drinking alcohol during flight with son

The 46-year-old star's ex James Heerdegen went to court to claim that their 11-year-old son Freddie contacted him recently alleging that Ricci drank alcohol during their June 16 flight to Canada.
