China Coast Guard rams Philippines ship in disputed waters during fuel delivery

The Philippines has accused the Chinese Coast Guard of deliberately ramming a Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources vessel that was delivering fuel to fishermen in disputed waters.
