Chicago P.D. Season 13 finds Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) a married couple. Following their intimate wedding in the Chicago P.D. Season 12 finale, the couple is now officially together. Their journey to this stage has been long and turbulent, so it's only befitting that they enjoy this stage of their life together. "They're happy," showrunner Gwen Sigan said in a new interview, previewing what's on the horizon for the couple popularly known as Burzek. "They're kind of in that honeymoon phase of still being really excited about the wedding and being happy together," she added.
