Raymond Cruz, who played the iconic villain Tuco Salamanca in Breaking Bad, has been arrested. After playing Tuco in Breaking Bad seasons 1 and 2, Cruz reprised the role in the first two episodes of the spinoff series Better Call Saul, and returned for a season 2 episode as well.
