Prime Video’s number one movie this week is Timur Bekmambetov’s new sci-fi thriller Mercy. Starring Chris Pratt and Rebecca Ferguson, the film is set in a future where criminal cases are tried by AI judges, following a wrongfully-accused detective (Pratt) who must prove his innocence to an AI judge (Ferguson) within 90 minutes or be executed. Though Mercy was not a critical or commercial success during its theatrical run in January 2026, the movie has proven quite popular with Prime Video audiences, but it’s hardly the only film you could be watching on the streaming service.
