To achieve this, Bruce Wayne uses a modular layout consisting of a flexible, lightweight bodysuit layered underneath contoured plates of hardened carbon-fiber or titanium-dipped armor. These rigid plates are strategically positioned over vital areas to allow a full range of motion for martial arts and acrobatics. The Batsuit's dual-layer system ensures that while the suit can deflect a wide range of attacks, it never compromises the agility and stealth Batman requires to ambush criminals in the shadows.
