Jadé Brycki is navigating the painful throes of grief after bidding farewell to her beloved father.
The Australian influencer, known for her relatable comedy and style content, shared a post to Instagram announcing the loss of her dad and the heartbreak that has followed.
"On Friday I watched my father take his last breath," she wrote alongside a carousel of photos of the pair.

"I was holding his hand while he slept. Fly Me To The Moon was playing. It was heartbreaking but it was also a way he would have loved to go," she explained.
"When someone you love is dying you scramble to work out all the things you want to say to them and hear from them for the last time," she continued.
"Unfortunately in his final weeks, he was in and out of cognitive ability so conversation was somewhat limited.
"In the final moments before he slipped into a deep sleep, I thanked him and said, 'you've always loved me,' to which he replied, 'always will'."

Reflecting on her father's love in the post, Brycki shared that he "taught [her] how to laugh in the face of adversity which has greatly shaped the person [she is] today".
"I am eternally grateful for the love he showed me my entire life, unconditional and boundless. It's something I never once doubted about him," she added.

She then directed her words directly to her late father.
"Dad, I know wherever you are there's great music playing loudly and you're making someone laugh. And probably scaring someone with your big, beady eyes too," she wrote.
"I love you very much, 'always will'," she concluded.
Brycki took a walk down memory lane in the post, sharing a series of photos of herself, her dad and her family.
In one photo, Brycki's dad dotes over her son Fletcher. In another, she and her sister Yasmin pose with their dad at a Christmas party.
She also shared a sweet photo of her dad reacting to her dress on her wedding day and one of the pair playing together when she was a toddler.
Many of Brycki's friends took to the comment section to share their love and condolences.

"Sending all my love to you and your family," wrote Steph Claire Smith.
"Oh Jade, I'm so sorry. Sending you so much love," Olivia Molly Rogers shared.
The devastating news comes three months after Brycki announced that she and her husband Lachie Brycki are expecting their second child together.
"Lach, Fletch and I are overjoyed to share that our little family will be growing this December," the couple wrote in an announcement post.
The pair welcomed their first child, their son Fletcher, last June announcing the news to Instagram with some sweet snaps of the young family.
"Hello world, my name is Fletcher Ted Brycki," the caption read.
"I arrived on my due date June 13th, so you know I'm going to be very reliable."
