Amanda Bynes debuts two-toned hair color as she models a Lady Gaga T-shirt in Los Angeles

The former child star, 39, was spotted leaving a gas station in Los Angeles sporting two toned hair.  The top of her thick main was dyed platinum blonde, while the back was dyed black.
