Acclaimed Capcom PS5 Action Game Is 75% Off on PS Store

A fantastic PS5 horror game from a long-running Capcom franchise is available for 75% off. Resident Evil Village, the eighth main installment in the Resident Evil series, came out in 2021, and served as the sequel to 2017’s Resident Evil 7: Biohazard.

The game once again puts players in the shoes of Ethan Winters, who is searching for his kidnapped daughter in a mysterious European village filled with mutant creatures. Like Biohazard before it, the game is first-person, but does feature much more combat than Resident Evil 7, and brings back some of the classic Resident Evil gameplay staples, including resource management, scavenging, and more.

The game was praised when it was released, and sold over 10.5 million copies by 2024. The game also won a variety of awards, including Golden Joystick’s Game of the Year, while also being nominated for Game of the Year at a litany of other award shows.
