Thirty-four years before Absolute Batman, the Dark Knight's first experience using Venom predicted the tragedy of a Bane-like Bruce Wayne. Bane is one of Batman's most lethal enemies, not only due to his brilliant intellect but also because of his superhuman strength, product of the drug known as "Venom". Thanks to Venom, Bane was able to "break the bat" and beat Batman to a pulp multiple times.
